Kathleen offers Leadership and Business Coaching through the one-on-one coaching conversation with a client to support the understanding and growth of the interpersonal compentencies for Leadership.  Some of the circumstances include the following:  

• 8-12 month coaching engagements that include highly confidential coaching conversations, 360 degree qualitative interviews, assessments & observations to jointly create custom development plans for the Client Leader to support specific behavioral changes.  The methodology also includes holding multiple 3-way conversations with the Client Leader and their manager to level-set, share goals, report out high-level themes and note progress towards the new behaviors.

• Thought Partnership Conversations for Executives & Small Business Owners who seek a trusted sounding board around specific interpersonal issues as well as personal growth.

She focuses on the personal leader and their relationship to others to help them clearly identify their consistent themes, patterns and energy around their work.  And, she helps them utilize their most valuable gifts and strongest skills while enhancing others to create the best "win/win" situations for themselves and others within their systems, e.g., employers, teams members, cross-functional partners, clients, etc.

Kathleen believes that the true worth of her role is in her ability to use all aspects of herself in relation to her clients, qualitative 360 interviews with the client's colleagues, observations, and assessment results as a foundation for behavioral change. She is certified in the Hogan Leadership Assessment Series and has worked with FIRO-B, BarOn EQ Inventory, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and 360 degree feedback.
