Kathleen is a thought partner and ICF-certified executive coach.  She specializes in coaching high potential junior executives within the succession pipeline to stregthen their positive leadership styles.  As a thought partner, she support senior leaders sound out specific dilemmas to enhance their leadership effectiveness.  She has been a professional coach since 2006.

With each client, Kathleen seeks to support authentic awareness of self and clarity of purpose to enhance personal and professional alignment.  The benefit is enhanced performance for the individual and their system, thus strengthening positive engagement and effectiveness.  Her approach is based on the philosophy that being an outstanding leader requires a lifelong commitment to living openly from a conscious foundation of values and attributes that place human partnerships at the center of how you conduct your business.
